Refund policy

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, resellable condition with original tags and packaging.

Important Note:

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have shipped. However, you may still be eligible to return your item after it arrives, in accordance with the policy below.

How to Start a Return

  1. Enter your order number and email address or phone number to sign in.
  2. Go to your order history, select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and follow the guided instructions.
  3. Complete the return request and submit.
  4. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive email updates with return shipping guidelines.

Eligible Return Items

We accept returns on the following, if they meet the conditions below:

  • Activewear, lingerie, sleepwear, beauty tools, and accessories.
  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items in unused, resellable condition with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Defective items (please report within 7 days of delivery).

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery.
  • Used, worn, or opened items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such).

Damage, Loss, or Theft

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a description of the issue.
  • If your package is lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed, please collect all evidence (tracking status, delivery photos, etc.) and contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, though we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@myreversebeauty.com.
